Automatic Identification System Analysis Package (AISAP)

Account Registration

1. Go to https://aisap.usacegis.us/aisap_portal/home.html
2. Click on "Request Account"
3. A "Request New Account" window will pop up. Enter the required fields and then click "OK". Note: for the Email address field, please use your work email address.
4. You will receive an email from donotreply@usace.army.mil at the address you registered with a unique link to set your password. This may take up to one business day. Please check your Spam folder if you don't see the email. Note, the link expires after 72 hours.
5. Copy and past the link into a web browser
6. Enter the required fields and then click "OK"
7. You will be brought back to the AISAP Homepage where you can now sign in with the email address you registered and the chosen password.

Channel Portfolio Tool (CPT)

1. Visit the site:
   https://coe-samgsp05mob.sam.ds.usace.army.mil/webapplications/A080_CPT/A080_CPT_7/
2. Click on REGISTER in the upper left-hand corner
3. On the new screen, fill in information including creating a username and password
4. Click the REGISTER button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Separately, SIGN the two PDFs below and EMAIL to cpt@usace.army.mil
   • Manually sign - Census Non-disclosure form.
   • Electronically sign - Waterbourne Commerce Statistics Center (WCSC) Non-disclosure form.

Only after the signed non-disclosure forms are received AND the user has requested an account will an account be created.

Corps Shoaling Analysis Tool (CSAT v2.6.2)

1. Check for existing Anaconda/Python3 installation
   - From the start menu, look for the "Anaconda3" folder and open an Anaconda prompt. Enter the command "conda --version" (without quotes).
   - If no Anaconda version is reported, proceed to step 2, otherwise go to Step 3.
2. Users without Anaconda should install it:
   - ACEIT Users - Go to the App Portal and Install 'Anaconda 2019.10 Python 3.7'
   - All Other Users - https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual
3. After Install, download CSAT program zip file from here
4. Move the files to a designated CSAT folder and extract files from .zip. Follow remaining instructions from the file "CSAT_py_directions.docx".

Lock Operations Management Application (LOMA)

1. Go to https://loma.usace.army.mil. Click ENTER
   

   LOMA can only be accessed on an ACEIT computer and using Internet Explorer.

2. If you are asked to choose a certificate, pick the Authentication certificate. You will be asked to enter some information. Once you submit it, we will add you to the system and send an email - usually within 1 workday.
3. Once you have been added, go to https://loma.usace.army.mil using Internet Explorer from an ACEIT computer. Click ENTER.
4. The LOMA plotter will load. If it loads (this may take a few minutes), skip to step 7 below. Otherwise, continue with step 5.
5. If you get a message saying you need to install Silverlight, go to https://itsm.usace.army.mil/asp and click on "Install or Request Software?" Click on "Open Website". When the App Portal loads, enter "Silverlight" in the search bar at the very top of the screen. Click the "Install Now" button next to "Microsoft Silverlight 5.1.50907.0". If this doesn't work, submit a ticket for an ACEIT technicial to install it for you.
6. Once you have Silverlight installed, go to
7. Once you have been added, go to https://loma.usace.army.mil. Click ENTER.
8. Once the Plotter loads, you should see a map of the world with a bunch of red boxes or little triangles of different colors. Congratulations - you're logged in!.
